self help Group, Mwangaza Women self Help group, Upendo Self Help group and Mapya Youth Group  receives REGISTERED CERTIFICATES from Jomvu Kuu MCA KARISA NZAI who is also an incubent MP JOMVU  aspirant ahead of 2017 election. They called on Karisa that they have suffered under the current Hon Badi regime, having hard time accessing him, lack of benefiting from the office and thats why they have chosen on KARISA NZAI and promised him come sun come rain they will make sure he scoops the seat new dawn on the election day. In responce Karisa Nzai had this to say....

1. Create an inspiring vision establish shared values, give direction and set stretch goals for the newly registered groups..
   
2. Manage change strategically, create change; lead change, manage resistance to change
3. leading by experience, practice what you preach, set an example, and share risks or hardship till we he wins the MP SEAT.

   Demonstrate confidence ; win respect and  without trust courting popularity for the sake of good leadership. The office being their home anymoment they feel to be there.

• Facilitate community programs that will empower and instill skills to the jobless youths.
• Mediate on the ongoing rangles in Jomvu among the youths.
• Negotiate with his opposition team and giving them an ear to express their views and opinions
• Communicate without changing contacts for the love of his peole.
• Learn and accept mistakes from anyone who believes and cares for the community.
• Teacher in teaching new ways of how to live well in the community. He finished by calling upon his suppoters to preach and promote peace whatsover among different political platforms peacefully.
