MCA's and Mikindani's Bishop Son's among those who were arrested during yesterdays night Police patrol in Mikindani.

Police patrol was as a suprise to residents of Mikindani as most of them an aware were caught up loitering in the evening from 8pm. Social Media platforms, residents have criticized the act as innocent individuals were arrested during the patrol some brutaly injured by the police with Rungu and Nyaunyo.
   MCA Dan Onyango son and two of the Bishops sons were arrested while they were coming from the shop. Which they have spent the night in the cold at the Cells.OCS Mr Boisnei has promissed to continue with the patrol as the order is from above. Through JOMVU YOUTH REVOLUTION Members MKENYA DAIMA, MATATAN DE BUNDEZ, KING'ORI BRIAN they went to the rescue of some youths who were arrested yesterday night. Mikindani anyhowly police arrests that were made yester night might break trust between police and the youths/residents around decreasing community safety and can have devastating consequences. Despite a shared goal of safer neighborhoods, improving police-community relations from AP Police Mikindani and Changamwe police remains challenging, particularly for the youthful generation that have suffered the consequences of those arrests made yester night during patrol.
Our Youth/Police Dialogues provides a safe enviroment and thanks to JOMVU YOUTH REVOLUTION and would like to see them CREATE more of this activities, structured way for young people from the communities and police officers to come together, speak openly, and rebuild trust.
