Exclusive!!!!! Wiper aspirant Mp Shipeta files petition barely weeks after Karisa Nzai filed Petition opposing the Jomvu Mp results.

In the just concluded electoral process, it hasn't been easy for some of Jomvu electorates to swallow the outcome on member of parliament position results as majority of the voters daily share their dissatisfaction on social media i.e Whatsapp groups, Facebook.
Lately, being Wiper youthful Mp candidate Mathias Shipeta Hezron, who vied for the same position in Jomvu constituency took it head on pouring what he terms as voter irregularities was massively experienced in Jomvu.

         Here is what he posted..............., 

                                                      ''On a second thought and due to fresh evidence arising from IEBC,I am persuaded not to concede defeat.We are compiling all documentary evidence before we proceed to the next step.Both Hon Badi and Hon Nzai who were projected the winners and runners up,were part of these irregularities.Please note that this is not about me,its about loosing and winning fairly and ensuring the people of Jomvu voices were heard.''

       Though he was the first one to congratulate the winner of Jomvu parliamentary seat, Shipeta has vowed to take due process to court to petition the election for not being free and fair.

His probate comes merely days after Hon Karisa Nzai filed a petition to oppose the Mp results where he scooped the second position with 14,211 votes.   
  Shipeta got 2,070 ahead of Jonathan Kutosi Wepukhulu who had 1,228 and behind Dan Aluora Aloo with 4701 votes.
   Yet Hon Wepukhulu and Hon Aloo haven't uttered a single word or commented on the jomvu election issue.

 

 Despite all this, a report by the NASA ICT experts rejected by the Supreme Court clearly with the mention of Jomvu is a clear proof of irregularities in Jomvu.
