The National Government Jomvu Constituency Development Fund invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the following tenders:

Tender No	Description
NG-JOMVU CDFC/006/2016-2017	Proposed Installation of streetlights in Jomvu and Mikindani ward.
NG-JOMVU CDFC/008/2016-2017	Proposed Construction of Four classrooms and Ten Toilets at Aldina primary school

 The above completed tender documents were to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tender name and reference number was to be addressed to the Fund Account Manager, Jomvu Constituency Development Fund and deposited in the Tender Box at the Deputy County Commissioner's Office - Changamwe, but the RESIDENTS QUESTION is who is responsible?
 Street Lights affecting major residential areas without the concern of the installers but who do they blame? CDF or The Mp?
