Liban H Abdul was one of the most composed visionary leaders who wished Jomvu Constituency for the best between year 2017-2022 if elected as an Mp of the region.
  Jomvu dormancy in terms of development, women, youth empowerment and people with disability, poor roads, poor roads, failed infrastructure from the past office is what ought him to ladder his campaign but unfortunately his ambitions were cut shot what he terms as ''Voter irregularities'' when the political giant Karisa Nzai won the Jubilee Nominations.
Afterwards he quit the Jubilee Party to join Governor Joho's ODM brigade to help woe more votes for him from Jomvu community.

  Libarn Hirsi is now calling upon those candidates who lost and their supporters to accept the present MP Badi Twalib without compromise to help him fulfil all projects he launched 5 years back.

   ''Jomvians might have been denied a leader of their choice (Karisa Nzai) a leader who was destined for a better Jomvu but my humble plea and request is to Badi Twalib not to be biased in his office sellection and work frames but to be neutral  neutral in delivering services to the community. Again for Nzai and Badi they have a task to unite our people and improve their economic status.'' ..... Said Libarn Hirsi.  ''We should work hand in hand , be visionary oriented individuals as soon we might be having our own Free Port that is in Dongo Kundu, that if well established 5Star Hotels, Companies e.t.c would be set up and people wont need to travel to DUBAI because Dongo Kundu will still be DUBAI.'' ........He added.

  Asking him his leadership ambitions of contesting as an Mp in 2022 are still valid or null and void  he laughed out and said ''We are vessels, God Above All as the steer, he knows my Destination.
